IMSpaces W Vickery is our bigger space for all kind of celebrations in Fort Worth. More than just a blank space for production and photoshoots. Our vision is to make it a ready setup for photoshoots, events and workshops for everyone.

Free parking in front of the building, ground floor, separate restrooms.
Main room is a bright all-white square room with one along the wall large window and concrete grey floors, filled with natural light and Downtown Fort Worth view. Walls in this room have an intricate molding and white block design. This space is perfect for all kind of events and projects.

Do I need an appointment to come look at the space?
Yes you do! All tours are by confirmed appointment only for the events. Please shoot an email to info@imspaces.com or call us 6193065760 to setup an appointment.
I need help planning my event, do you offer these services?
We provide a free 10 minute tour before your event with suggestions on organizing and zoning. If you need more time planning keep in mind that we are hourly rented space, book an hour.
Can you hold my date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates without a full payment for your event.
What does my rental time include?
Your rental time includes all setup and tear down for your event. We suggest that you allow at least 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for tear down. An additional $100 will be billed for every hour your guests or vendors remain on the premises. We are hourly rental spaces and do not provide any free time for your setup.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes!
Our parking lot is located behind the building (Max Mehl parking) it’s free for your use. Main entrance is also behind the building.
On W Vickery free parking is in front of the building.
What is the venue’s total capacity?
W Magnolia: The venue is total 1000sqf rectangle space plus small make up/prop room. We recommend 40 guests for the event.
W Vickery: The venue is total 1400sqf large square square room plus bar/entrance room. We recommend 60 guests for the event.
Do you have handicap accessibility?
We provide handicap accessibility: elevator, handicap restrooms in all the locations.
Are pets allowed?
We follow Building rules: only service animals allowed in the buildings.
Is there an onsite dumpster?
Yes, there is a big trash compartment behind the building. We provide only 2 small trash cans, please consider bringing big trash bags and bins for your event. Please take all the trash off the premises at the end of your event.
Can I bring in my own drinks, food or catering for the event?
Absolutely! Any food, drinks of your liking (events only). Our venue is BYOB.
Do you have a catering kitchen?
We do not have a kitchen, fridge, ice-maker or any cooking equipment.
How late can my event go?
We require all guests and vendors packed up and out of the venue no later than 11:00pm.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available on W Vickery
on W Magnolia please consider using your personal hotspot.
Do you have a sound system?
We do not have a sound system. Please consider bringing your own equipment.
Can we host a dance party?
Please keep in mind that Max Mehl Building is a historic landmark. We do not host disco club parties with an active dancing.
On W Vickery you can host any kind of dance parties!
Are there any decorating restrictions?
We do not allow nails, screws, staples, command hooks, etc. to be placed on the interior walls. Only battery-operated candles are allowed. Confetti, glitter, rice, feather are prohibited.

Cleaning fee is included in your event rental
